MINERALS AND MINING REGULATIONS, 2010 MADE UNDER AND PURSUANT TO THE NIGERIAN MINERALS AND MINING ACT, 2007 In the exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 21 of the Nigerian Minerals and Mining Act 2007 and all enabling powers in that behalf, the Minister of Mines and Steel Development hereby makes the following regulations.
