It could have a couple of changes from what is shown so that points could be cut deeper (making them wider at the "A" joint) so that they can even touch at the bottom and also a way so that the material can be removed and replaced with complete repeatablity so that work can be done on the fore arm between cuts.

May 04, 2014· That looks like a standard Gorton 9J mill. Looks like all the feeds are manual including quill down feed. The 9J is a bull of a machine with uncommon accuracy, precision, rigidity, and quality. You can take stupid big cuts and it'll take it all day but the quality is so good you can use it the rest of the week as a jig borer.

The machine looks taken care of and not totally worn out, but as in many auctions there could be a problem that would make a good intention and bad idea.
